Strapping of your shins is often helpful for people who experience shin pain – also known as shin splints or medial tibial stress syndrome.
This strapping is really effective at supporting your foot & shin/inside ankle area.
Ideally you don’t want you to strap your shins for too long as your skin may get irritated – if you notice any redness or itching, remove immediately & GENTLY.
